Getting Started :

1.   Choose your favourite items and order.

2.     Sign-up as a Cardia member if you are a first-time customer. It's FREE.

3.      Enter the details and select payment method. 

4.      Print the Order Confirmation for your reference.

5.      Make the payment and items will deliver to your door step very soon.

 

Sign Up Member :

You need to fill up your particulars in "My Cardia > Sign-Up" and submit. The Member ID will be the last 6 digits of your NRIC No. You are required to enter your Member ID and password each time you ordering.

For Non-Malaysian, we will provide you the Member ID after your registration is confirmed.

 

Change Delivery Address :

Go to "My Cardia > Change Delivery Address" and fill in the new delivery address where you wish to receive your items if it is different with your registered address. Office address is preferable.

 

Forgot Password :

Go to "My Cardia > Forgot Password" and enter your Member ID and name. Your password will be email to you.

 

Track Order :

You are able to check your order status with select title"Contact Us > Track Order " by send us the Order Number and Member ID / your name.

 

Change your profile :

If you likw to update your profile either new email address or contact number, kindly go to "Contact Us > Change Profile" and send us with your new info.

Example:

Member ID: 123456

Email: abc@yahoo.com

I want to update my Contact No to 012-xxxxxxx(new)

 

Order Cancellation :

Your order is consider cancelled if we did not receive the total amount of your purchases after 3 days of the Order Confirmation unless we get prior notice from you.

 

Click on your favourite item and enter the quantity you want to order, fill up your details and submit to us. 

Step 1             Customer Details

If you are a member, you have to enter your Member ID and password. Please update the new delivery address where you wish to receive your orders if it is different from your registered address.

If you like to order without sign-up, you may continue with our "Quick Buy" mode but we strongly recommend that you sign-up with us for your shopping convenience in the future.

  Step 2           Select Payment Method

Tick on a bank that you going to make cash payment or the "Online Payment" icon if you willing to pay by Credit Card. This is purposely to notify us the payment method that you select.

  Step 3           Order Confirmation

You will receive an Order Confirmation by email together with an Order Number and all the details. Kindly print a copy for your reference. If you do not receive the Order Confirmation after a business day, please Contact Us.

You only have to make your payment once you agreed with the Order Confirmation.

If you like to order more than 3 items at a time, we suggest you to email us with the item code & quantity and not neccessary to submit order of each item one by one.

If you like to order our products but out of Malaysia, you are welcome to email us with your orders. We will notice you the prices and shipping fees to your country very shortly.

 

For Cash Payment :

Payment Notification :

Please inform us by email or SMS once you have made the payment. You are needed to key in the Order Number and payment date only.

Email: Go "Contact Us > Payment " and send us the Order Number and Payment Date.

Exchange Policy:

Goods sold are not refundable.
All the products are checked before dispatch and we are committed to ensure that the best condition item is delivered to you. However the product may be damaged in the delivery process.

Please notify us within 3 days upon receipt of your purchases should you received any damaged or incorrect item only. We will arrange an exchanges for you.

 

Exchange Procedure:

You are required to pack the product and doing the following steps:

1.  Select title "Contact Us > Refund & Exchange ".

2.     Provide us with your Order Number and product code you would like to exchange and write down the reason for your return in the message box.

3.   Wait for the arrangement of exchanges after verified by us.

 

Refund Policy:

We will refund the value of product in case the product you would like to exchange was out of stock. We'll refund to you within 30 days after we collected and processed the returned product. Guarantee Money Back.

Delivery Time :

Order will be process soon after payment is received. You are expected to receive your orders within 3 to 5 business days.

We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary particularly during holiday periods. We cannot guarantee the delivery time but we'll do our best to process your orders soonest possible.

Order received on Weekend and Public Holidays are usually processed by the end of the next business day.
