Getting Started :

1.   Choose your favourite items.

2.     Sign-up as a Cardia member if you are a first-time customer. It's FREE.

3.      Enter the details and select payment method. 

4.      Submit order and you will receive the Order Confirmation email.

5.      Make the payment and items will deliver to your door step very soon.

 

Sign Up Member :

Just fill up your particulars in "My Cardia > Sign-Up" and submit. The Member ID will be the last 6 digits of your NRIC No. You are required to enter your Member ID and password each time you ordering.

For Non-Malaysian, your user name of email (Eg: abc123@hotmail.com) would be your Member ID.

 

Change Delivery Address :

Go to "My Cardia > Change Delivery Address" and fill in the new delivery address where you wish to receive your items if it is different with your registered address. Office address is preferable.

 

Forgot Password :

Go to "My Cardia > Forgot Password" and enter your Member ID and name. Your password will be email to you.

 

Track Order :

You are able to check your order status with select title"Contact Us > Track Order " by send us the Order Number and Member ID / your name.

 

Change your profile :

If you likw to update your profile either new email address or contact number, kindly go to "Contact Us > Change Profile" and send us with your new info.

Example:

Member ID: 123456

Email: abc@yahoo.com

I want to update my Contact No to 012-xxxxxxx(new)

 

Order Cancellation :

Your order is consider cancelled if we did not receive the total amount of your purchases after 3 days of the Order Confirmation unless we get a prior notice from you.

 

Click on your favourite item and enter the quantity you want to order, fill up your details and submit to us. 

Step 1             Customer Details

If you are a member, you have to enter your Member ID and password. Please update the new delivery address where you wish to receive your orders if it is different from your registered address.

If you like to order without sign-up, you may continue with our "Quick Buy" mode but we strongly recommend that you sign-up with us for your shopping convenience in the future.

  Step 2           Select Payment Method

Tick on a bank that you going to make cash payment or the "Online Payment" icon if you willing to pay by Credit Card. This is purposely to notify us the payment method that you select.

  Step 3           Order Confirmation

You will receive an Order Confirmation by email together with an Order Number and all the details. Kindly print a copy for your reference. If you do not receive the Order Confirmation after a business day, please Contact Us.

Please pay only after you agreed with the Order Confirmation.

 

If you like to order more than three(3) items at one time, kindly make order by email to us directly without submit orders separately.

If you interested to buy our products but out of Malaysia, you are welcome to email us with your orders. We will notice you the prices and shipping fees to your country very shortly.

 

For Cash Payment :

We do provide several Bank Accounts for Malaysian to make the payment. You can either pay through Cash Deposit Machine, ATM or Online Fund Transfer into one of the bank stated below.

 

For Credit Card Payment :

All the online payments are proceed in Ringgit Malaysia only. If you like to pay by Credit Card, you may click on the "Pay Online" icon as above.

*Please note that your payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd. The name of Mobile88.com will be shown on your Credit Card/Bank Statement and you will also receive a notification email from Mobile88 on this transaction.

 

Payment Notification :

Please inform us by email or SMS once you have made the payment. You are needed to key in the Order Number and payment date only.

Email: Go "Contact Us > Payment " and send us the Order Number & Payment Date & Amount(RM).

SMS: TYPE Order Number <SPACE> Payment Date <space> Amount(RM) and SMS to 012-297 7622.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy:

Goods sold are not returnable. All the products are checked before dispatch and we are committed to ensure that the best condition item is delivered to you. However the product may be damaged in the delivery process.

Please notify us within 3 days upon receipt of your purchases should you received any damaged or incorrect item ONLY. We will arrange an exchanges for you.

There are no exchanges due to sizes matter. Kindly make orders only after know well of your own measurement.

We will refund the value of the product in case the item you would like to exchange was out of stock. We'll refund to you within 7 days after we collected and processed the returned product. Guarantee Money Back.

 

How to Refund & Exchange :

You are required to complete the following steps:

1.  Select title "Contact Us > Refund & Exchange ".

2.     Provide us with your Order Number and product code you would like to exchange and write down the reason for your return in the message box.

3.   Kindly return the item in brand new condition with product tag. We reserve rights to reject if the item found to be used, wash, stains, etc. Wait for the arrangement for exchange or refund after we received the returned item.

We do ship to our customer worldwide. Please feel free to contact us for futher enquiries of shipping rates to your country.

**FREE DELIVERY for purchases of RM150 or above (West Malaysia) and RM350 or above (East Malaysia) in a single receipt.

 

Delivery Time :

For READY items, order will be process soon after payment is received. You are expected to receive your orders within 3 to 5 business days.

For PRE-ORDER items, you will receive the goods in estimated 10~28 working days from the payment date.

All the pre-order items are imported and processes according to the stock availabilty and procedures of different suppliers. Therefore, sometimes it may take longer time to proceed. Please do order only if you agreed with the waiting period.

We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary particularly during holiday periods. We cannot guarantee the delivery time but we'll do our best to process your orders soonest possible.

Order received on Weekend and Public Holidays are usually processed by the end of the next business day.
